Point
Jordan’s Factory Point is our new reward system created to reward our products with more savings and benefits!
Your Points may be used to redeem cool deals and discounts as listed at our ‘Rewards’ page or redeemable towards your future purchases in Jordan’s Factory. Here are some different types of rewards you can choose from:
• Jordan’s Factory Rewards: Get Jordan’s Factory e-vouchers to be used on your purchases in Jordan’s Factory Point.
The best part is, redeeming your Points will not affect your tier progress. So redeem away!
Upgrade your healthy inventory at Jordan’s Factory and earn! Every RM1 you spend on Jordan’s Factory will earn you 1 Point. Simple as that.
Or, you can complete simple tasks below to fast-track your Point earnings:
• Receive 5 Points by taking attendance for 10 consecutive days.
• Post a review on Jordan’s Factory products and earn 50 Points. (This is applicable only single receipt).
• Share your Jordan’s Factory goodies on your Instagram and receive 20 Points.
No. All Points cannot be converted into cash.
Yes. But please note that the Points you earn will be based on the final purchase amount after discount.
For example, if your purchase total was RM100 and you applied a promotional code “RM10 OFF”, you will only earn the discounted amount, i.e. RM90 (90 Points).
Your Points will be valid for a total of 12 months beginning from the time they appeared in your account.
Your Points will usually appear on your virtual membership card once your purchase or task is completed.
However, Instagram posts and product reviews might take slightly longer as these posts must be reviewed and approved by our lovely team members.
The process usually takes a minimum of 14 working days depending on the posts we receive. Rest assured we will process your submissions as soon as we can.
At the Jordan’s Factory homepage, click on “Rewards” at the top right corner and you’ll be brought to the Rewards page. Select the e-Voucher you want and click “Redeem Now”.
Once your items are returned, we will deduct your Points according to the price of returned product.
For example: If your purchase total was RM100, you will receive 100 Points. However, you returned an item worth RM30. After returning the product, 30 Points will be deducted from your account.
Order
In some rare cases, there may be minor differences or defects on the product packaging. In the case where the differences or defect does not affect product usage, refund will not be possible.
Please check in “Order”. After your order is shipped, your order status will be changed from “In Process” to “Posted”. Not to worry, you will be notified via email with a courier company tracking number attached.
Prior to placing your order, you will be able to view the contents and total amount in your shopping cart. Once the order number is generated, any amendments to your order will no longer be possible. We would like to remind you to review your order carefully before submitting your payment.
However, Home Pilates product is not accept cancel after confirmed order by Jordan’s Factory. Once it start production in factory, we are unable to accept your cancelation request. So please be carefully make order “Home Pilates Product”.

- Jordan’s Factory does not guarantee the availability of all items in each order. Item availability is also subject to cases of overbuying.
- We will cancel and refund the item amount (pro-rated if any voucher used) to the user balance or bank account (upon request).
You will have to remove the out of stock items from your cart before proceeding to check out.
Jordan’s Factory will not guarantee the availability of items until the checkout process is completed with payment.
Our customers call it “Flash Shipping”!
Jordan’s Factory aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 5 – 14 working days except home Pilates. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.
**Lead time for Home Pilates is 8 ~ 9 weeks but we are unable to guarantee that delivery within the time due to unforeseen situation.

Jordan’s Factory accepts payments in Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) only. We are supported by Razer Pay, the leading Southeast Asia payment gateway. Billplz Pay provides extensive payment options, such as Visa/Master card, FPX Online Banking.
Promotion
- Item price and availability information are subject to changes without prior notice. Jordan’s Factory will not be liable on any subsequent purchases of the same product at a different price after a particular date.
- Kindly noted that if adding the product to the cart outside of the promotion time will affect the price.

Reporting Lost Parcels
If your order status is “delivered” but you did not receive your parcel, please alert our friendly customer service within seven (7) days and we will assist you accordingly.
Kindly note that any complaints/reports received after the seven (7) days will not be entertained and Jordan’s Factory will not be liable to bear any financial losses.
